It feels no compassion before the kill and experiences no remorse afterward. In a similar way, Satan has shown no pity for those whom he tries to devour. For example, think about how often Satan the Devil must have been lurking somewhere when the Israelites succumbed to such sins as sexual immorality and greed. When you read about the tragic consequences that befell immoral Zimri and greedy Gehazi, for instance, can you “see” the roaring lion reveling in his conquest?—Num. 25:6-8, 14, 15; 2 Ki. 5:20-27.

I have too much crap!! How to declutter/dehoard.....

and other rooms are just junk and clutter and clothes and papers.... omg.
and now that we are getting older, we realize that we face a time of transition -- and this is hard to cope with too, as we believed the lie that we would never get old, etc.

This is exactly what I am experiencing now. I am determined to get rid of the crap. Started 3 months ago. Half the rooms in my home are now neat and tidy. It is such a relief to just walk into an uncluttered room. The other half of the house full of clutter. I am constantly cycling through the junk. Some I keep, some I throw out. Then the next week I cycle through it again and throw out some of the crap I kept from the previous week. It is kind of like getting over an addiction. I figure the whole affair will take about 6-8 months BUT every week is a step closer.
One thing that brings me joy is giving something to kids, friends, neighbours, workmates. See their faces light up when they get a free gift that was your junk. Maybe most of what you have is junk but I'm sure many things would make nice gifts. I gave a friends young daughter a book on' interesting things to do and make'. I asked later if she found anything interesting in the book. 'Yes, I like the part that shows me how to tie knots.' So I got her a length of nice rope. Another smile on her face.

he had been reinstated for 6 months, he was dfed for 4 years.
so it took him 3 1/2 years before they would let him back in.

These sound like insurmountable problems, but if evolution is true there must have been creatures that made the leap successfully. In 2004 Neil Shubin and his team set themselves the challenge of finding exactly this transitional fossil. What they discovered was astonishing.
Their success was not entirely down to good luck. The critical time period was already known. Fossils from rocks 385 million years old all look like fish, younger rocks dated at 365 million years old reveal fossils that are all recognisably amphibian or reptile. To find a relative of the transitional species between fish and land-dwelling animals Shubin knew he had to concentrate on rocks that were 375 million years old, preferably laid down in an ancient river or stream and which were now exposed on the surface.
And along comes Tiktaalik. Proof of transition from water dweller to land dweller. Amazing. So much information from one fossil.
A picture is brought into a court room. A snap shot of a man. We'll call him Joe. Three lawyers are going to give their argument to the court based on one picture. Each will use the picture to prove something completely different.
Lawyer 1 will prove that Joe was walking forward when the picture was taken.
Lawyer 2 will prove that Joe was walking backward when the picture was taken.
Lawyer 3 will prove that Joe was neither walking forwards or backwards when the picture was taken. He was motionless.
The judge dismisses them all. None have proven their case. No matter what colourful language and illustrations they used they do not have sufficient evidence. After all, it is only a picture.
Why would anyone jump to the conclusion that transition from water dweller to land dweller is taking place, from one fossil? Why could not a similar case be given for this fossil proving transition from land dweller to water dweller? Why not a strong case for an animal, complete and able to function just fine the way it is?

"... Well, like I said, when Grandpa Tiktaalik was growing up it was a fish-eat-fish world. Now even though Grandpa Tiktaalik and all his relatives were pretty big boys themselves, and even though they did their share of eatin' smaller fish, it seems Grandpa and his cousins were gettin' ate a little too regular. Now the customary plan, when being chased by a predator, was to swim like hell. That didn't always work. Some figured they would find hidin' places to keep safe. 'If them predators live in water and chase us in water and eat us in water it seems I should be removing the one thing from the equation that makes that possible. The water. I got to get outta this here water.'
So he figured because he couldn't live outside of that thar water the way his body was designed-and-all that he would have to re-design his body. And that's what he commenced to do. He re-designed himself so he could live outside of that thar water and away from them big predators..".
